The room at Mason Elephant Lodge was absolutely amazing! The private veranda with views of the elephants was a dream come true. As a nature lover, waking up to the gentle sight of these majestic creatures was truly a unique experience.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom. However, I understand that others might still appreciate them.

Th overall experience from check in to check out was fabulous. With 2 children ( 5&4) I wasnt sure of its suitablility but it was an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
THe Mammouth bar not open during lunch time as we wanted to sit by the pool and order food. Did get it delivered from the main restaurant but it was in takeaway containers, would prefer cutlery & plates!!!!

A Pleasant Surprise
During my recent stay at an elephant park in Bali, I was initially hesitant about the idea. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the ethical treatment of the elephants. All of them had been rescued, and it was heartwarming to see the bond they had formed with their trainers. The park's commitment to the well-being of these majestic creatures was evident, and I felt grateful to be a part of such a positive experience. I highly recommend this unique and compassionate sanctuary to anyone visiting Bali.

We have not experienced a hotel quite this unique. The reason for our stay was obviously to interact with elephants, and this exceeded our expectations. The elephants were very happy to be cuddled and stroked endlessly by everyone, showed no agression at all, babies were gorgeous. Lastly, all the trainers were fantastic, each one we talked to just loved their own elephant and it showed! The best part was swimming with Boris and his trainer, great fun! Lastly, we were upgraded to a balcony room overlooking the elephants, it was so great.

It was a unique experience. Kids and adults alike enjoyed it very much. We particularly enjoyed swimming with and riding the elephants. We had a parkview room which enabled us to look out of our window/balcony and watch the elephants. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It also gets quite cool in the evening and early mornings so make sure you bring something warm to slip on. The days are sunny and warm. The hotel is in quite an isolated location so would recommend staying there to really enjoy the experience (2-3 days enough) The Hotel/Park is about a two about 2 hour drive from Seminyak. The food was pretty good. The staff were helpful & friendly. We would return.

Mason Elephant Lodge provided a beautiful and clean room, complete with an extra large bathroom. the staff were not only great, but also extremely helpful. They went above and beyond by delivering medicine to my room when I needed it. the proximity to the elephants was simply amazing. the elephants were happy and well treated, and their handlers were extra friendly. the lodge also offered free wifi and even arranged for an elephant pick up for dinner. it was a fun and unforgettable experience. Cons: Not one thing! 😊.

Just an amazing experience. Could watch the baby elephants play for hours. The gardens were immaculate and have never seen such an array of orchids. The elephant ride to dinner each evening was awesome and the mahoots who handled the elephants were so gentle and very informative.

That there was five star facilities and unlimited access to elephant activities. Plus other surprises like the massive pararuca fish in the pond and the beauttiful tropical garden setting. The spa is one of the best I've experienced. The food was great. The service second to none. The contentment of the staff overall with their working conditions translated into their genuine nice service. But most of all, I respect what the park is doing for refugee elephants.

Wonderful place. Once in a life time experience! The room is probably the best we ever experienced (and we've seen a few). The "park view" room is a must. Make sure to come early as there is a lot to see and do within the park.

I recently stayed at the Mason Elephant Lodge for two nights and had an amazing experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and filled with unique details like carved elephant feet on the beds. The complimentary fruit selection was a nice touch. The elephant park was well-maintained, and the staff ensured that the elephants were well cared for. Riding, washing, and swimming with the elephants was a once in a lifetime experience. The friendly and helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable. The spa was also very relaxing, and the food was of high quality with a great variety of local and western dishes.
Totally recommend this hotel!
